DESCRIPTION
Specialty High basicity concentrated Aluminium Hydroxy Chloride liquid is a kind of pre-hydrolyzed and highly polymerized inorganic coagulant designed and used for industrial waste-water treatments. The advantages of this pre-hydrolyzed and polymeric form of coagulant include allowing a wider range of optimum working pH, more effective destabilization of negatively-charged particles and lower metal (Al) residuals in the treated water.
APPLICATION
• Coagulant for potable water treatment, liquid separation.
• Wasste-water treatment in steel, paper & pulp, chemical, machinery, textiles, foodstuff, electric power, construction, electronics, plastics and rubber industries, etc.
Consistently recognized benefits of converting to Aluminum Hydroxy Cloride are improved turbidity and color removal, simplified operations by eliminating pH and secondary polyelectrolyte feed, and lower overall treatment costs.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Storage tanks and piping for Aluminum Chlorohydrate Solutions should be constructed of materials recommended for corrosive products. FRP, PVC, HDPE and/or rubber are the materials of choice for piping and storage tanks.
Do not ingest. Do not allow contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Use within well-ventilated area. Please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for more specific details on the product.
